At ZingWing/Zingrille, we strive to deliver fresh, high-quality food and excellent customer service. This policy describes how returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled for online and in-store orders.
1.Order Cancellation Policy
- Customers can cancel their order within 2 minutes of placing the order.
- Once food preparation has started, the order cannot be canceled.
- Cancellation may not be allowed during peak hours or special discount days.
- For prepaid orders, refund (if eligible) will be processed as per refund policy below
2.No Return Policy (Food Items)
- Due to the nature of fresh food, we do not accept returns.
- Once the order is delivered, food items cannot be taken back.
- If there is an issue with the order, please contact us within 15 minutes of delivery.
3.Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive an item different from what you ordered.
Missing Items
If some items are missing from your order.
Poor Food Quality
If the delivered food is spoiled, stale, or unsafe.
(Photo proof or the delivered item may be required.)
Order Canceled by Restaurant
In rare cases, due to technical or stock issues.
Refund Timeline
UPI/Card/Wallet refund: 3–7 working days
Cash on Delivery (COD):
Refunds provided as store credit or
UPI refund (if applicable)
4.No Refund in the Following Cases
- Customer didn’t like the taste (subjective preference)
- Delivery delay caused by traffic/weather/festive rush
- Customer unreachable at delivery location
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Order placed by mistake after preparation has started
5.Replacement Policy
We may provide a free replacement if
- The food item is damaged, spilled, or not edible
- You report the issue within 15 minutes of delivery
- You provide photo/video proof
- We ensure the best quality, however taste and spice levels may vary
